How to file a claim
In the event your vehicle is involved in an unforeseen event, please follow instructions below.
- If injured, dial 911.
- Report the incident to authorities.
- Once able, contact your comprehensive full coverage insurance company to determine if a partial or total loss.
- Contact QBE at 800.206.1319 to report the incident.
- Once reported, QBE will email you a list of documents you’ll need to process a claim. If the vehicle is deemed a total loss you will need to get the settlement offer from your auto insurance company and report it to QBE. We ask that you do not accept the offer without discussing with QBE. Once verified that there are no issues with the offer, QBE will inform you of the next step on how to finalize the claim.
